In this video we will learn how to prepare sunnundalu at tasty and easily at home.

INGREDIENTS:
1) URAD DAL-250 grams
2) JAGGERY-250 grams
3) GHEE-90 gams (for 250 grams of urad dal and jaggery)

USED EQUIPMENTS:

1)KADAI
2)MIXER GRINDER

PROCEDURE:

1) Put a kadai and pour urad dal and mix with spoon until it becomes reddish colour.
2)Keep the roasted urad dal aside until it cool’s down.
3)Then use a mixer grinder in order to grind the urad dal.
4)Now take the jaggery and grind it and make it a smooth paste .
5)Then mix urad dal powder which was previously grinded with jaggery paste and pour 90 grams of ghee in to the mixture and make the mixture a fine ball shape.
6)Serve it in a plate and have it in snack time.
