BIG MUTTON LEGS | Cooking Traditional Full Mutton Leg Gravy in Village | Full Goat Leg Piece Recipe



Today we cooking 20 KG big mutton leg pieces in our village. Mutton gravy is one of the most wanted village food recipe for my village and we this gravy recipe with full mutton legs.

We first boil the 11 mutton legs to make the mutton meat softer and then we make the gravy and finally we add the boiled mutton legs into the gravy. We use cold-pressed gingelly oil, hand grounded masalas so the gravy is so traditional and the taste is very extraordinary.
